Find your current version of Nebo

If you can tell us what version of Nebo is on your device, it will help us answer your ticket questions.

For Nebo 2.0 and superior, you can find this information at the top of the Help section in your side panel, as shown below. 

For prior versions of Nebo, read the instructions under the image.

Prior versions of Nebo on Android:

1. Tap  in the top left to open the side panel.
2. Tap User in the top left, then tap About.
3. The version is written in the menu that opens.

Prior versions of Nebo on Windows:

1. Tap  in the top right, then tap About.
2. The version is written in the right panel that opens.

Also, updating Nebo regularly will allow you to always enjoy the latest features and get the best experience possible.

To update it, search Nebo in the App Store, then tap Update.
