Sometimes Nebo detects a conflict between the notes stored on your device and in the cloud. When it occurs, you are asked via a pop-up window to choose between the local and the cloud version.

Please be aware that once you have selected your option, you cannot go back and change it.

Some users reported to us that they encountered a sync failure.

For confidentiality reasons, our team never accesses your data. Therefore, we cannot help you to recover your notebooks when such problem occurs.

To troubleshoot, we would like you to try the following guidelines:

- Open Nebo.

- Export your notebooks manually for local backup purpose.

- Choose 'Cloud' under the '...' menu.

- Sign out of iCloud.

- Sign in to iCloud.

- Try again to sync the notebook.
