Try opening a page that may have issues

Sometimes, you'll tap a page to open it, and it won't work. In this case, you'll need help from our Support team.

Sending us a ticket with an attachment of your notebook will allow us to investigate the problem to fix it.

To begin, you'll need to export your notebook:

iOS

  1. Go to Notebooks in the side panel.
  2. Swipe your notebook to the left to reveal action buttons.
  3. If sync is waiting, tap More, then tap Export. If sync isn't waiting, just tap Export.
  4. Choose the application you want to export it with (your device's files, Dropbox, or send it to yourself via an e-mail).
  5. Follow this application's instructions until the end of your export.

Android

  1. Go to Notebooks in the side panel.
  2. Tap  next to the notebook you want to export.
  3. In the action bar at the very top of the side panel, tap , then tap Export.
  4. Choose the application you want to export it with (your device's files, Dropbox, or send it to yourself via an e-mail for example)
  5. Follow this application's instructions until the end of your export.

Your notebook is now successfully exported, and stored outside of Nebo, as a .nebo file.

You can then send us a ticket:

  1. Go to Tickets at the top of this page.
  2. Sign in with your MyScript account.
  3. Press New ticket and fill in the form. The more information you provide, the better we'll be able to help you.
  4. Press Attach file, then browse your files and select your notebook (.nebo).
  5. Press Submit.
