How can we help you today?

Publishing from Nebo Viewer

With Nebo Viewer, you can publish your notes to a unique URL and share them direct from your iPhone. Published pages can be accessed via any web browser.

Publishing a page

  1. In Nebo Viewer, open the page you want to publish.
  2. Select ... in the upper right-hand corner of the page. A menu displays.
  3. Select Publish. The Publish menu displays.
  4. Use the Private access switch to define whether the published page will be private or public.
  • Switch Private access on if you want to manually control access for individual contacts. If you choose this option, you’ll need to select Add people and add the email address of each person with whom you want to share the page. When your page is published, Nebo will email the page’s unique URL to each person you added. For more information, see Publish a “private access” page.
  • Switch Private access off if you want your page to be accessible to anyone visiting the unique URL. For more information, see Publish a “public access” page.
  1. Select Publish to publish your page. Your page will be published. You can now select Share link to share the published page’s unique URL.

Note: If you make changes to a published page in Nebo, you’ll need to re-publish it to ensure your changes are reflected in the published version.

Unpublishing a page

To unpublish a published page, access the Publish menu and select Unpublish

You can also unpublish pages via any web browser. To do so:

  1. Visit nebo.app/pages. If you are not already signed in, you may be prompted to sign in to your MyScript account.
  2. Open the page you want to unpublish.
  3. Select ... in the upper right-hand corner of the page. A menu displays.
  4. Select Unpublish.
