Multiplication dot sign

Calculator 2 supports the multiplication dot, also known as bullet operator. It can be used instead of the `x` sign.

However, this might cause the app to mistake a dot you intend as a decimal separator for a multiplication dot. To avoid confusion, we recommend you to use the comma as the decimal separator or to disable the Multiplication dot option in the Settings.
