Nebo is only compatible with operating systems (OS) and devices that can handle our technology, and active pens are mandatory if you want to create and convert handwritten content on your device.
It is possible to download Nebo on certain devices that are sufficiently powerful and with a responsive screen but which do not have an associated active pen. On these devices you can access (view) your notes and edit text via the keyboard.

Note that all compatible devices have an active digitizer touchscreen and an associated active pen.
Nebo does not allow users to write and edit content using capacitive pens or a finger. Capacitive pens are NOT compatible with Nebo. Make sure your pen is not a capacitive one.
