How to Use the Duplicate Page Feature

Duplicate a Page

This article applies to both notebooks and PDF documents.

Open Side Bar

  • Tap the side bar icon in the navigation bar to open it.

Select Page to Duplicate

  • Locate and tap on the page you wish to duplicate. You do not need to long press.
  • Tap on the 3 dots to open the contextual menu for that page.

Duplicate the Page

  • Tap "Duplicate page" in the contextual menu. The duplicated page will appear immediately below the original and become the current page.

Notes

  • The duplicate page will always be placed directly after the original page in the document.
  • The duplicate feature is useful for making copies of templates or sections that you need to use multiple times within the same notebook.
  • If there is only one page in the document, certain actions like "Delete page" will be disabled. "Manage pages" is not an option in PDF or Notebooks.
  • You can rearrange pages by dragging and dropping them within the side panel (Note: This feature is not yet available on Android, where you will need to use the up and down arrows to move a page).
