Missing notes after an update

After an update, you may find that your notes are no longer visible in Nebo. This is because you have been signed out of your MyScript account while the app updates. Once you sign back into your MyScript account, your notes will again be visible in Nebo.

It is important, if this happens, that you do not uninstall and reinstall the app or reset the app as this will also delete all .nebo files from your device.

If, after you have signed back in you are still not able to see your notes in Nebo, you can use these links to identify your .nebo files on a Windows or an iOS device. There is no equivalent method to locate your files on an Android device.

N.B. MyScript does not have access to your notes, and we, therefore, do not keep copies of them stored on our servers. We strongly advise that you make regular backups of your .nebo files.
