Refunds

If you would like to tell us why Nebo does not suit your needs, we would very much like to hear from you.

MyScript, the developer company behind Nebo, plays no part in the transaction process and at no time do we have access to your payment details. We do not have access to sensitive information such as your credit card or store ID for your security.

Refunds are exclusively handled by your designed app store, the authorized distributor of our app and the only that have access to your personal data. If you wish to request a refund, you will need to contact your app store directly. Please be aware that the refund policies of each app store dictate the conditions for refunds. Details on these policies and how to request a refund can be found below:
