Nebo uses ICR (Intelligent Character Recognition) to convert handwritten text, math equations, and diagrams into a digital format. Unlike OCR (Optical Character Recognition), which extracts printed or handwritten text from images, ICR is specifically designed for recognizing and converting handwritten input within Nebo.
Important Notes:
- Nebo does not support OCR for extracting text from images.
- To undo accidental conversions, tap the Undo button.
- The Math Solver is exclusive to Document pages.
- We would like to see OCR in the future, but no timeline is currently available for this development.
