Create link from Nebo Viewer

With Nebo Viewer, you can create a link for your notes with a unique URL and share them directly from your iPhone. "Create link" pages can be accessed via any web browser.

Creating a link for a page

1. In Nebo Viewer, open the page you want to create a link for.
2. Select ... in the upper right-hand corner of the page. A menu displays.
3. Select Create link. The Create link menu displays.
4. Use the Private access switch to define whether the linked page will be private or public.

• Switch Private access on if you want to manually control access for individual contacts. If you choose this option, you’ll need to select Add people and add the email address of each person with whom you want to share the page. When your page link is ready, Nebo will email the page’s unique URL to each person you added. For more information, see Create link for a “private access” page.
• Switch Private access off if you want your page to be accessible to anyone visiting the unique URL. For more information, see Create link for a “public access” page.

1. Select Create link to share your page. A unique URL will be generated for your linked page. You can now select the Share link to share the page’s unique URL. The page does not appear on online searches and can be viewed only by you and those you share the link with.

Note: If you make changes to a linked page in Nebo, you’ll need to update it to ensure your changes are reflected in the linked version.

Unlinking a page

To unlink a page, access the Create link menu and select Delete link. 

You can also unlink pages via any web browser. To do so:

1. Visit nebo.app/pages. If you are not already signed in, you may be prompted to sign in to your MyScript account.
2. Open the page you want to unlink.
3. Select ... in the upper right-hand corner of the page. A menu displays.
4. Select Unpublish.
