Organizational Structure
Nebo organizes your notes into three levels:
- Collections: Containers for folders.
- Folders: Storage spaces for different notes.
- Notes: Create notes in the following formats:
- Notebook: For writing, journaling, and drawing with customizable page options.
- Board: A versatile canvas for brainstorming and mind mapping.
- Document: Structured content with text, diagrams, and math blocks.
- PDF: Import and annotate PDFs.
Getting Started
Create a Collection:
- Go to Nebo’s main menu and create a new collection.
Create a Folder:
- Inside the collection, create a new folder to organize your notes.
Create or Import a Note:
- Choose one of the following options:
Notebook
- Purpose: Digital notepad for freeform writing or drawing.
- Features:
- Page sizes: A4, A5, A7, or US Letter.
- Customizable orientation, color, and backgrounds.
- Add images from your photo library.
- Convert handwritten text or math using the lasso tool.
- Export Options: PDF or

Board
- Purpose: Flexible canvas for unstructured ideas, brainstorming, or mind mapping.
- Features:
- Add handwritten notes and images.
- Convert text and shapes using the lasso tool.
- Customize with page colors and patterns.
- Export options: PDF, PNG, SVG, or

- Performance Tip: Avoid overloading pages with elements; create new pages if needed.
Document
- Purpose: Structured handwritten notes with text, diagrams, and math.
- Features:
- Double-tap text to convert handwriting to digital format.
- Add blocks for sketches, diagrams, math, or images using the "+" button.
- Export options: PDF,

- Performance Tip: Avoid overloading pages to prevent lags; split content across pages if needed.
Importing and Annotating PDFs
- Purpose: Annotate and edit imported PDFs.
- Features:
- Highlight text, make handwritten notes, or type annotations.
- Add, duplicate, or rearrange pages.
- Navigate using the PDF’s table of contents.
- Convert handwritten annotations to text or shapes using the lasso tool.

Additional Notes
- Ensure enough device RAM for optimal performance.
- Backup your library regularly using the Backup & Restore feature.
