Imported PDFs

You can import PDF files or Word and PowerPoint files into Nebo as PDFs.

Note: When importing PDF files, a dedicated PDF file is created within your Notes. It's important to note that a PDF file cannot be imported directly into a Notebook, Board, or Document.

Please note that Nebo free version comes with a limit of five pages. Importing a file as a PDF will count as a single page, regardless of the number of pages within the file you are importing. To add more pages, you will need to upgrade your Nebo app to the full version with a single in-app purchase.

Navigate

To jump instantly between the pages of multi-page PDFs, tap the page-number field and enter the number of the page you want to view.

Annotate

Once imported, you can annotate files freely. You can also use the marker to highlight or color your content.

Reuse content

To reuse some or all of your content, select it with the lasso and copy/paste it elsewhere.

Share content

When you're done, you can export to PDF or select Create link to share via a web link.
