How to name and rename your notes

In Nebo, notes are organized within folders, which are grouped into collections. The left side of the app, called the Sidebar, displays folders by collection, while the main view on the right displays notes, including notebooks, boards, documents, and imported PDFs within each folder.

In Nebo, naming your notes is simple and can be done using the keyboard. Here’s how:

Apple

  • Open a note and tap the top-center field to enter your note's title.

Alternatively, from the Folder view:

  • If notes are in a grid, tap the name field below the note's icon or long press on the note's icon, then choose Rename.
  • If notes are displayed as a list, long press on the note's icon and select Rename.

Android

From the Folder view:

  • If notes are in a grid, tap the name field below the note's icon or long press on the note's icon, then choose Rename.
