(Nebo version 6.x or superior) A PDF imported into Nebo can be exported as a PDF, complete with your annotations or without annotations.
To do so:
- You are working within your PDF file.
- Select the … icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. A menu displays, showing a range of options.
- Select Export. A pop up window will appear
- Select Format PDF
- Select the options (Include annotations or flatten annotations) or unselect the options to export just the PDF without annotations.
- A small window will appear showing the working on the creating the PDF file.
- iOS. You will see a iOS menu, you can opt to open the generated PDF file using an application designed for handling PDF files or select an app for sharing the PDF directly with a friend or another platform, such as email.
- Android. You will encounter options tailored to your PDF file. These include opening the file with a PDF app, saving it to a cloud service, or quickly sharing it with a friend nearby, depending on the available choices.
Notes:
- PDF annotations do not remain editable when exported from, then re-imported to Nebo.
- When exporting a PDF with a dark mode background, the black color will not be include, resulting in a white background in the PDF.
